Tijarat early-access terms
The waitlist is an expression of interest in future Tijarat access. It is not a brokerage account, trading service, public offer, or guarantee.
Your priority position
Every native verified member receives a one-time server-generated promotional position from #10,000 through #11,000. When a genuinely new person uses your first-touch invite, verifies email in the native app, and completes the first-app-open claim, the trusted server records one persisted movement, clamped at position #1.
The number is generated by Tijarat's promotional waitlist mechanism. It is not a live count of people ahead of you. It determines relative early-access priority only.
Optional actions
Inviting a genuinely new verified member is repeatable. Follow Tijarat and Join the community are optional one-time actions. They do not unlock current app functionality, and Tijarat does not claim that external social or community membership was technically verified. No action rewards a rating, review, contact upload, tracking permission, location permission, or another-app installation.
Invite benefits
Only genuinely qualified friend invites count toward the seven- and fourteen-invite benefits; follow and community actions do not. The seven-invite benefit is a free brokerage account with no account-opening fee, saving up to Rs 2,000. The fourteen-invite benefit is Tijarat's lowest PSX brokerage rate: Rs 0.03 per share or 0.15% of transaction value, whichever is higher. Regulatory levies are separate.
Benefits are non-cash, non-transferable, have no withdrawable balance, and apply only after a selected member is invited, remains eligible and completes an approved account opening. They remain unavailable unless Tijarat's broker and compliance approvals are complete and the campaign is active. Waitlist referrals remain separate from any future brokerage referral program.
Eligibility and launch
Early access is limited. Tijarat intends to invite eligible, non-held people from the top of the list first, subject to capacity, applicable regulatory approvals, product availability, and additional terms at launch. Position does not guarantee brokerage/KYC approval, a launch date, investment access, returns, or allocations.
Fair use
Self-referrals, duplicate identities, automated claims, token replay, or attempts to overwrite first-touch attribution are rejected. Ordinary shared Wi-Fi is not, by itself, fraud. A phone number is not treated as verified identity: the first distinct verified-email use is accepted, the second is accepted for private review, and the third or later use is rejected unless a trusted support override applies.
Account control
You may stop using the waitlist or delete your account at any time. Raw member details are removed, but HMAC-only phone-use state remains so deletion and rejoining cannot bypass fair-use limits. Deletion cannot rewrite another member's already recorded arithmetic or security audit integrity.
